1:1 integrative Pilates sessions blend Pilates, breathwork, somatic awareness, and energy work designed to balance the chakras.

1:1 grounding sessions focus more on energy work than movement. Exercise and physical work is optional. We’ll address stuck energy, breathing patterns, and work to balance the nervous system.
1:1 Grounding sessions include:
- Body reading
- Option for breathwork, somatic practices, addressing tight fascia
- Relaxation session on a grounding mat with option for energy work
